Pulse Pilates is family owned and operated. Competitive athletes and parents of four, Jake and Natalie both have a passion for health and fitness and love helping others achieve their goals.

Natalie is a fitness enthusiast and mother of four who found Pilates while training and competing in CrossFit competitions. The power and speed needed to rank nationally in such a demanding sport made her realize the importance of a balanced body and strong core.  She soon realized the benefit and edge it gave her over her competition and embarked on the journey to teach Pilates so she can share her passion for finding your body’s potential.

She has completed her intense Pilates Training program which she chose because of its emphasis on rehabilitation and truly understanding the body and how to change someone for lifelong results, not just molding them to a memorized Pilates exercise sequence.  She has seen the success stories unfold over and over again with her clients and she can’t wait to create more.  All fitness levels will benefit from Pulse Pilates.

Natalie has competed at the CrossFit Games Southern California Regional competition two years in a row, earning an 8th and a 3rd place finish on her team in the most competitive region in the world. She also competed on a team in the Tri-County Shakedown and the WOD Gear team series, earning a 1st place finish in both. During the CrossFit Games Open competition she finished 37th in Southern California out of 877 women.

Jake has been heavily involved with health and fitness for almost five years. He is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association as a personal trainer, is a CrossFit level one certified trainer, holds a certification in Olympic lifting, and has competed in numerous CrossFit competitions. His team took 1st place at the WOD Gear Team series and 3rd place at the CrossFit Games Southern California Regional competition. Jake served in the U.S. Marines for 12 years, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan and continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve. While on active duty he served as a machine gunner and communications officer and attended many schools including Assault Climbers, Officer Candidate School and Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course.

If you’re looking for someone to believe in you and show you what you can do safely and effectively, then you have come to the right place.
