Pilates Classes - reformer class

At Pulse Pilates Studio we focus on the whole person, instead of a one size fits all approach to health and fitness. We deliberately keep our classes small which allows us to focus on an individual’s specific needs, keeping true to Joseph Pilates’ original vision.

Because of this, classes may fill up quickly so be sure to reserve your spot using our online booking program found here.

Reformer Pilates classes: Private sessions are designed to meet client’s unique needs, and are required in order to move into group reformer classes. Likewise, the small size of our group classes allows us to cater to our client’s individual needs and abilities.

Frequent reformer sessions can build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness in everyone from athletes and those recovering from injuries to someone just wanting to build a healthier body. Our reformer classes always have an emphasis on proper technique rather than speed or intensity.

Mat Pilates classes: Mat work is the foundation of Pilates. Clients can expect to gain core strength, improved flexibility, improved posture, and an improvement in their overall well-being. Our classes are designed to be challenging, but with an emphasis on proper form. Movements can be modified to meet each individual’s needs. Our mat classes are very popular as they are fun, fast paced, and constantly varied. You’ll never take the exact same class twice.
