New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
Bring a mat and towel, should you forget, there are yoga mats available to rent for $1.
We practice barefoot, but you are more than welcome to practice with sticky socks.
Weights and Pilates props are used in each class, which are meant to help enhance and deepen your workout.
The studio room is heated (unless stated otherwise) and can vary from 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
You must be 16 years of age or older to practice at Studio100.
Please be on your mat at the start time of class.
Studio100 only accepts credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash payments.

Studio100 understands that life happens and allows for entry into class up to 5 minutes after the stated start time of class. But this is subject to change based on the coach’s preference.

You must cancel your class 12 hours or more before the class start time to unreserve your spot in order to avoid a no-show or late-cancel fee.
If you late-cancel less than 12 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $15 to the credit card on file, and your class credit will not be returned to your account.
All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

If you do not show up to class and/or do not cancel your spot, your class credit will still be deducted from your account, and you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee.
Please note, if you are not in the studio and on your mat up to a maximum of 5 minutes after the stated start time of class, your spot will be given to a student on the waitlist, and you will be charged the above no show fee and lose the class credit.

We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, Workshops, Events or apparel and merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
We do not offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Memberships.

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of purchase.
Memberships have a 3-month minimum contract commitment. (unless otherwise stated on the contract.)
To cancel your membership or skip a month, a 30-day notice is required. Email chelsea@studio100hotpilates.com to cancel or skip. Maximum 2 months skipped in a calendar year.
Memberships begin on the date of purchase but can be adjusted to the date on which you take your first class.
